I shop at Trader Joe's several times per week to purchase fresh items to fulfill your orders. The expiration dates shown on listings are updated monthly to reflect the dates shown on items that are on the shelves of Trader Joe's. Occasionally, I build a small inventory of 'limited-production/seasonal' products, but the expiration dates shown in the listing are always accurate.
Shipping:

you will almost always get your item in 2-5 business days, with 3 days being the most common.
If you place your order before 8AM (CST), Mon-Sat. - there is a very good chance I will be able to ship it the same day; if not it will be the following day.
Returns:
All purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving the item. If your item arrives damaged, please document the condition of the packaging and item by taking photos. Food items may be returned unopened in their original packaging for a full refund. Opened food items may be returned in compliance with Ebay's 'first-taste' policy, meaning if the item is determined to be defective after the first taste, it may be returned with open packaging, as long as only a minimum amount of the item has been consumed. If the item arrives damaged or defective, the seller will cover the cost of the return. In all other cases, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return
