    turns off the water supply for you as soon as the trough is full, and includes all the hardware you need for various installations.  No horse has ever complained about this water saver!
    The
    Horse Trough Water Saver
    is easy to assemble and easy to install.  The saver accepts a standard US 3/4" garden hose.  Don't leave your horse's thirsty!  Once installed properly, with a good hose that doesn’t leak, the water supply can be left on so the trough is ALWAYS full.
    The
    Horse Trough Water Saver
    comes with a hardware kit that includes various flow-rate limiting nipples, the main seal, the float pivot pin, brackets to cover various installation requirements, and instructions for putting it all together.  (It's a very simple design - you almost don't need those directions...)
    The outer housing is molded of high impact resin to withstands weather and use around rough horses.  (Not recommended in freezing weather – hoses will freeze, and the water saver could be damaged.)  The internal float is also durable and molded. The saver valve comes with two sets of brackets to fits poly tanks and steel tanks.
