New and Improved Turbo Yeast!  Reaches 28% alcohol in 7 days.
There is no doubt....This Yeast ROCKS!  Your bucket will appear to boil with this yeast running.  This is the best mix I have come up with yet.
Mix with contents of 5 gallon bucket at 88-93 degrees.  Keep bucket at a temperature of around 85 degrees for optimal fermentation.  This is a rapid fermenting yeast.  Best results when used with a 2" layer of corn meal in the bucket and 12 lbs sugar - moonshine mix.  Amylase is a natural enzyme found in our own saliva to break down starches and convert them to sugars.
These are stackable yeast packs.  That means you can use more than one in a bucket to achieve greater results.  To achieve over 20% in a sugar wash with no starch use 2 packs of yeast or to achieve 16% in 48 hours use 2 packs.  If your buckets are stored in room temperature conditions you can use 2 packs to achieve the same 28% in 7 days.  If you want to power through and achieve 18-20% in 48 hours use 3 packets of yeast.  This yeast has a high tolerance for alcohol.  With the Amylase Enzyme to break down the starches and the added nutrient that I have mixed in.... this yeast will boil a bucket.  The more yeast in the bucket......the faster it will reach its maximum alcohol content.
